Welcome to Aurea, developed by SpectreLabs. By downloading, accessing, or using the Aurea mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aurea, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aurea is an AI powered fashion styling application that provides:

• Outfit evaluation and analysis using artificial intelligence
• Wardrobe management and organization
• Style comparison and recommendations
• Personalized fashion suggestions

All AI generated recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional styling advice.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features, including a daily cap on AI analyses and a maximum number of wardrobe items.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium access is available through monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of monthly and annual subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

4.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and images you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant SpectreLabs a limited, non exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing AI analysis and styling recommendations.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user uploaded content) are owned by SpectreLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. AI Disclaimer

The AI powered features in Aurea use machine learning models to provide fashion recommendations. These suggestions are:

• Generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate
• Not a substitute for professional fashion or personal styling advice
• Subject to limitations in recognizing certain garments, colors, or styles

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpectreLabs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any third party content or services

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpectreLabs and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
